I did a post a few weeks ago about designing and coding wordpress templates for distribution. The article didn’t go into much detail of the method and benefits. Also, I didn’t have too many readers at that point, so I didn’t want to reveal too much. After the response I’ve gotten from the easy adsense article, it is clear to me that I have to now share another great article on how to make some money without too much effort. The great thing about this model I’m about to share with you is that not only can you make some money, you can spread some links as you go. ^_^ Let’s get started.
Just like the arbitrage method, this is going to require some skills in design and coding. If you feel you aren’t up to par in some skills… this could a great activity for practice! Requirements and recommendations include:

Adsense is definitely not fresh news anymore. Almost every blog I visit has some form of advertising, and most of those are using adsense. I have been using adsense for about four months now (not here on the blog because you’re too smart to click), and I figured I would let you all know about the arbitrage model I use and how you can make yourself an extra few hundred bucks a month to pay some bills. ^_^ This is not even close to what you can achieve, but hey, I may just inspire to you make much more.
There are a few things required to follow this model:
- Adwords Account and basic competency
- Adsense Account and basic comptency
- Basic competency in a WYSIWYG Editor (GoLive, Dreamweaver)
- Basic competency in Photoshop
- One domain that can support unlimited subdomains
- 50-100 Dollars to Start (recommended)
- 10 Extra Hours per month (at first)

Well I am not going to go into detail, but I will give you an idea of the process that I use. Aside from honing my design skills, I will be building an army of links. Did I hear somebody say SEO?
First, I start a new photoshop project. I build the template visually, element by element. When I finish the photoshop file it ends up looking something like this:
After the design work has been done, it is time to dissect the design and build individual elements into a wordpress template. Now, it is time to talk about why this is such a benefit to me and the sites I choose to embed links for.
